Turnaround is generally 3-4 weeks on all handmade products during the baseball/softball season (March-June).

Yes, we ship to Canada, with the customer being responsible for any tariffs/taxes at the border. Shipping to Canada is done through USPS.

There are no refunds/returns on custom orders. Custom orders, if designated incorrectly, can be replaced in a timely manner and may incur additional cost.
